1. Return Policy for Products of Adequate Quality

According to Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, when purchasing from nunu.lt, every buyer is granted a 14-day return guarantee for products of adequate quality from the date of receipt / deposit in a parcel locker if:

  • The product is unused and undamaged;

  • The product retains its commercial appearance (labels intact, etc.);

  • The returned product is complete (with all manufacturer documentation attached and in the original packaging).*

*If more than one clothing item was purchased in one order, the original packaging remains with the customer.

Returning a Product via OMNIVA Return Service:

  1. Fill out the product return form here: OMNIVA Return Service Form

  2. Print the form and place it in the parcel with the returned products.

  3. Pack the item and drop it in an Omniva parcel locker.

  4. Send the returned item within 3 working days from the moment of completing the return form.

  5. Money or a newly generated gift card (if the order was paid with a gift card) for returned products is refunded within 10 working days from the moment the parcel is returned to the sender.


Returns from Abroad

To return a product of adequate quality:

  1. Fill out the product return form attached below;

  2. Explain the reason in the return form;

  3. The product must be unused, with labels, in the original packaging, undamaged and retaining its commercial appearance.

  4. The product should be returned via Lithuanian Post by registered mail.

3. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Products of adequate quality cannot be returned if they are:

  • Gift cards;

  • Cosmetics;

  • Products made according to the Buyer’s individual order;

  • Other cases where the purchase-sale contract cannot be terminated according to Lithuanian law.


4. Returns of Products of Inadequate Quality

To return a defective product, follow the steps listed above (points 2.1 and 2.2).


5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Product Exchange Options

The Buyer may request:

  • Replacement with an identical product of adequate quality, except when defects are minor or caused by the Buyer’s fault;

  • Replacement due to incorrect size.

The Store may refuse to accept the product if the product’s appearance has been altered or defects have been caused.
